St Joseph’s Flexible Learning Centre (SJFLC), Geelong Campus is part of the South East Flexible School Network (SEFSN) of Edmund Rice Education Australia works with young people who are disengaged from mainstream education with the aim of re-engaging them in creative, meaningful and intentional learning. Our schools work with young people through a trauma informed approach respectful to the educational needs of each learner.

We are a school that upholds positive regard for young people, high expectations and a culture of learning. We are looking for enthusiastic support staff that are ready and motivated to do the same. Our school is currently seeking applicants for a Head of Campus, commencing ASAP.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced educator to take the next step in their leadership journey. The Head of Campus role will develop even the most experienced educator and allow the individual to make a significant impact on the educational experience of vulnerable young people in Geelong.

Status: Full time, 3-year contract
