FAME Building Project – Christie Downs

EREA Flexible Schools Ltd is thrilled to announce that construction has begun on the new capital development project for FAME Flexible Learning Centre (FLC) located on McKinna Roadd in Christie Downs South of Adelaide.

This ambitious $7.75M building project is part of a $12.2M capital development plan that will establish a permanent home for this vital alternative educational service for young people in the south of Adelaide.

EREA Flexible Schoold Ltd has collaborated with Studio 9 Architects to design this new facility, which will include six Flexible Learning Areas, a music and recording area, a commercial training kitchen and community hub, STEAM and Manual Arts Areas, as well as staff and well-being areas.

The construction contract has been awarded to Horizon Construction Services, a company with extensive experience in the education and commercial construction sectors. The project is scheduled for completion in mid-2024.
